Conocieron el fracaso. Usted y yo también nos tambaleamos, caemos, nos lastimamos, pero no tenemos que rendirnos. ¡Podemos triunfar, podemos ganar! ¡El éxito es posible en la iglesia, escuela, el hogar, los negocios y en todo aspecto! ¿Pero que es lo que nos permite tener éxito?.

EL AVIVAMIENTO QUE TODOS NECESITAMOS (HABACUC 3:1-2) Este profeta hacia preguntas a Dios, otros solo eran portadores de mensajes. Aunque todos dudaran de ella, los profetas la creían, si tenían dudas las guardaban para si. El preguntaba, ¿Por que la maldad de Juda queda impune? ¿Como puede un Dios justo usar una nación enemiga como los Caldeos para castigar a Su pueblo? Había mucha maldad entre los justos y mucha liberalidad entre los paganos. Dios le dijo que el establecerá su Reino, todo pueblo dará cuenta de si. El presente puede estar lleno de maldad y caos, pero el futuro pertenece a Dios y dará descanso y salvación a sus hijos y juzgara a sus adversarios. Este capitulo se cantaba como salmo, era también una oración pidiendo avivamiento y misericordia. ¿Pero que es un avivamiento?

EL PADRE IDEAL (SALMO 103:13) No hay nada mejor en este mundo que nos haga pensar en Dios, como la figura de un padre cuya virtud principal es la compasión. Esto es lo que se necesita en cada hogar y lo que mas han de desear quienes tienen el privilegio de ser padres. Ser compasivo es tener amor, ternura, misericordia, bondad, y paciencia; todo esto nos habla de nuestro Padre celestial. Este es el dia que celebramos al padre y veremos como debería ser el padre ideal.

LAS GAVILLAS LLENAS (SALMO 126) Si existe un pueblo que conoce de esclavitud, ese es Israel. Por mucho tiempo fueron esclavos de Egipto, luego de los Asirios, luego de Babilonios. En 1516 el rey Ciro dio libertad a los hebreos para regresar. Cuando llegaron a su pueblo encontraron destrucción y ruinas en sus ciudades, campos llenos de maleza, necesitaban reconstruir todo. Aceptaron el reto y se apresuraron a los campos con tristeza y lagrimas al ver la enorme tarea que tenían por delante. Pronto comprendieron que vendría un tiempo de cosecha y se llenarían con gozo con las enormes gavillas. Este Salmo habla de la “Gran Comisión”, todos somos responsables de ella.
