The Alpha and the Omega
God is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. He is the first and the last. Have you made him your everything? Have you made him your all? He created the world and will someday judge the world and destroy it with fire. He existed before time began and will always be. God, the alpha and the omega, has sent us a savior that is soon coming back

What does it mean to be a soldier of Jesus Christ? The founding fathers were dedicated to freedom so much that they were willing to give their lives for it. Are we willing to lay our lives down for Christ?

The Harvest is Plentiful and the workers are few
The Harvest is Plentiful and the workers are few. There are people all over the world that are dying in their sin and they are waiting to hear the good news. How can they hear if they are not told? How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. Are you praying for the lord of the harvest to send workers? If you pray this prayer you will be sent. Have you looked to Jesus for salvation? If you do not have hope in him how can you give it to others? The Harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

The World offers us many things that take our eyes off of Christ. They will all come up empty and lead only to death. There is only one way to life and that is through our Rock Jesus Christ our lord. Is Your life built on the solid foundation of Christ? Is your life built on the sand of the world? Have you placed your hope on the Rock?

Who Do you believe Jesus is? We know what many people around us think. Many say Jesus was a good teacher, even a prophet, but have a hard time crowning him lord. The same question that Jesus asked the disciples I believe he is asking us today. Who do you believe Jesus is?

This is Memorial day weekend. It is a time that we remember those who have sacrificed their lives so that we could have the freedom that we enjoy. God also has called us to remember what he has done.

He is God and We are not
Nebuchadnezzar was a man who ruled the known world. This went to his head and pride consumed him. Nebuchadnezzar was forced to go to the bottom. The king of the known world ate grass like cattle. God may not do this in the same way today, but he often allows things that are very similar. Often times he will allow to go to the bottom until our pride is gone and we can truly rely on him. The only thing that pride ever really accomplishes is keeping us from realizing who is truly in charge.
