Jonathan discusses with Myk Habits, Lecturer in Systematic Theology at Carey Baptist College, the subject of The Bible, Women and Leadership. Using 1 Tim 2:8-15 they set out the concepts of the two Evangelical views of the topic: Complementarianism and Egalitarianism. This is a thoughtful, accessible and biblical look at the debate. Jonathan resumes his series in Matthew, preaching this morning from the familiar passage of Jesus (and Peter) walking on the water from Matthew 14:22-33. He challenges us to respond to the call of Jesus and asks the questions: What is your boat? What produces most fear in you when you think of stepping out in faith?
