The Pharisees were pretty good at looking righteous. Unfortunately for them, the level of obedience that God demands goes much deeper than outward appearances.
In this intro to the Sermon on the Mount, we study the Beatitudes. Are they a prescription for a righteousness we can never attain, or a description of lives transformed by Christ?
