Resolve to manage it. Remember the cost. Reflect before reacting. Release anger appropriately. Re-pattern your mind. Rely on God's help.

Love Lets It Go
Love is not rude, so I must be tactful, not just truthful. Love does not demand its own way, so I must be understanding, not demanding. Love is not irritable, so I must be gentle, not judgmental. Love keeps no record of wrongs, so I don't repeat it, I just delete it.
