Isaiah 35:3-7

The mission of the church is twofold

Our first mandate is toward our brethren

The church’s responsibility is to strengthen our brothers and sisters.

Our hands accomplish doing

Our knees have to do with going
-
The job of the clergy is to equip the people in the church.
Hebrews 10:25

The agenda of small groups is to encourage one another.
i. Cheer up, Lift up, Build up

The second mandate is to the unsaved.
Isaiah 35:4

We are called to share salvation.

The message of salvation is the most important message.

What are the expectations if we obey the mandates?
Isaiah 35:5

We can expect God to do miracles.
Mark 16:17
a. When you share the gospel, God will validate it through miracles.
2. We can expect abundant blessings.
