The topic of church growth often assumes a horizontal or vertical focus.  Horizontal growth usually involves the number of people coming to your church.  And, it's assumed bigger is better.  Vertical growth tends to focus on each individual and their relationship with God to the exclusion of the rest of the church.  In our second message of a 2-part series on life at Charis, we explore God's plan for us to grow as a community and the impact that can have on both horizontal and vertical growth.
