The Christmas Story did not end 2000 years ago. You have a part to play in it today. God has created you with a plan and a purpose. What does God want from us in 2007? Looking at Ezra 7:10, we see the example that we should prepare our hearts, we should seek and observe the law, and we should teach what we learn to others.

By looking to the example of the wise men, we can see the importance of both giving and receiving gifts. The greatest grace gift ever given was that of God's Son.
By looking at the Biblical account of Simeon and Anna, we can see how their expectations of a Savior led them to action. As Christians, our expectations of Christmas should lead us to 1. Seek Christ 2. Be led by the Holy Spirit 3. Worship with great expectation 4. Be ready to die, and motivated to LIVE

We do have a choice in how we live our lives and how we react to our surroundings. God gives us the power to choose "B" when we have always chosen "A".
