The stories of the Old Testament are to serve as our examples of victory. We can look to them to see the right and wrong things to do. The things of God always start small, with a seed. It’s these little things that will either make or break us. It’s the things inside of us, if there’s a problem, look inside, not at someone else, not at circumstances, but inside. God always prepares us for what He has in store for us down the road. Make sure we’re doing the things that the Lord instructs us to do to insure our victory. God told Joshua to meditate in the Word so that he would know what to do, and then he would make his way prosperous. If we do things God’s way, we are assured of victory.
