Christ is Our "Cloud of God’s Presence"

"All our fathers were under the cloud"

Christ has promised to be with us (Matthew 28:19; Hebrews 13:5)

Christ is Our "Deliverer"

"All passed through the sea" (Exodus14; Deuteronomy 23:14; Psalm 50:5)

Christ passes through our adversity with us

Christ is Our Mediator (I Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 4:15,16; 7:25)

"All were baptized into Moses" (Romans 6:3)

All baptized into Christ are baptized into His death

Christ is Our Daily Bread (John 16)

"All ate the spiritual food (manna)" (Exodus 16:1-5)

God tested Israel's faith (Deuteronomy 8:2-3,16-20)

God revealed His glory (Exodus 16:6-12; Ps.105:40)

God ordered manna be hidden (Exodus 16:32-34; Revelation 2:17)

Christ is our Rock (2 Samuel 22:47)

"All drank from the spiritual Rock (Christ)" (John 7:38)

God was put on trial -vs.2-5

God brought forth living water -vs.6,7 (John 4: 10)
