Getting People to Take Their Medicine

It has been said that the church is to be a hospital for sinners, not a museum for saints. If the church is a hospital, what kind of medicine does it offer and how can it persuade patients to take it? Just as in every area of life, Jesus is our example here. He excelled in getting people to hear and accept what God had to say to them. He led many people to complete change and healing. What was his secret weapon?
