If our goal is to build communities, not to be "right", we must approach our beliefs with a confident humility. In Acts 18 Apollos had been teaching publicly about Jesus but lacked understanding about baptism. It must have been a hard pill to swallow when Priscilla and Aquila privately corrected him. What can we learn about our attitudes towards others from this passage? How do we approach differences in theology? How much traditional bias do we have? How much pride or fear? Let's explore how the issue of baptism brings out attitudes in us that we must humbly address through Godly relationships.
