Join Martha Manikas-Foster in this Neighborhoods in the Network report on the First Annual Central New York Cake Decorating Contest this Saturday, October 3, 2009 at The Shops at Ithaca Mall at 40 Catherwood Road. From 10 until 6 there will be hands-on activities, competitions and simple decorating lessons as well as the chance to admire edible art from as many as 60 amateur and professional cake decorators.
