Neighborhoods in the Network / Break the Chains (Syracuse, NY)

Twenty-seven million people around the world today are trapped in slavery. Fifty thousand of those are enslaved in the United States. On July 25, 2009, from noon until 9:00, Syracuse, NY will host the Break the Chains worship music and speaker festival with the goals of calling on God for His intervention and raising awareness and money to address the issue.
