“It’s All In The Name!

INTRODUCTION:  

 This past Christmas season has been another reminder of how the Christian faith has become public enemy number one. Many businesses have made a concerted effort to remove Christ from Christmas. Sales banners declare it’s the "holiday season," and store clerks are told to greet people with “Happy Holidays" instead of “Merry Christmas.”  Whatever happened to the Christ in Christmas?

Five Reasons why I believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ? …

1.      Because of F_____________ P____________,    2:14-21.

·     _________ key prophecies made about the return of Jesus Christ have failed.

·      The Old Testament has ____________ detailed prophecies

·      ___________ have already been fulfilled.

·      ___________ are related to the coming of Jesus Christ.

      Is Jesus your Savior? Have you asked Him to forgive you. You can know right now. Pray this simple prayer:  Dear God, I acknowledge that Jesus is your Son and that he died on the cross and was raised from the dead to be my Lord and my Savior. I confess that I am a wandering sinner and need your forgiveness. I call upon the name of Jesus to save me from my sins and I promise to live for him. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
