Jesus Prophesied
"Jesus Prophesied" Throughout this season we will explore the passages of Christ's foretold coming. Many in the church know there are verses predicting the Messiah... few know how many, where they are found, and what relevance they have to us the Church. It is my prayer that by "preaching the prophesies" our faith will be strengthened and for those who have not confessed the name of Christ will be led in Spirit by the Jesus foretold in the Old Testament, fulfilled in the New Covenant. Scripture reference is found in Deuteronomy 18.15-19.

We Are Bringing You Good News
Acts is a book demonstrating the movement and power of the Holy Spirit. In Acts 13-14 we find the first missionary journey. Our text will explore what took place in Lystra while also seeing how the Spirit brought Paul and Barnabas to this point. The need for the church today is to see that the Holy Spirit "sets apart" those whom He chooses... He sends them out (with little agenda directions, incidentally) and the Spirit causes men and women's hearts to turn to the Living God. The question for the church today is are we like the Church at Antioch or more like the Jerusalem church... and do we worship and prepare our hearts in such a manner as to hear the Holy Spirit speak the words, "Set apart for me...(insert your name here)".

A Blessing, A Strong Reality and a Mighty Prayer
When Jesus returns, he will not only punish the unbelievers, but also all who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. They will be punished with: * Everlasting destruction * Shut-out from the presence of the Lord * Shut-out from the majesty of His Power

Pray Up Our Leaders
All authorities on earth have been established by God. We have to pray for our leaders with earnestness and show Christ like love towards them. This is good and pleases God our Savior. Our next president is chosen by God's will and we are commanded to honor our leaders. All else is from the world and not from God.

They Went Up and Explored the Land
We need to consecrate (seperate) ourselves, in order for the Lord to work in our lives and in the lives of others

True Worshippers Are One Of A Kind
Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.
