CAUTIVADO POR LA GRANDEZA DE DIOS (IS.6:1-8) El tiempo en que murio el Rey Uzias fue dificil, fue un gobernante muy ilustre. Seguramente Isaias habia imaginado una vida de prosperidad para el pais. Lamentablemente este rey habia cometido un error grave, querer ministrar a Dios cuando no tenia la facultad de hacerlo. Despues de esta actitud de soburbia y orgullo cayo el juicio sobre el y asi se derrumban el sueno de muchos judios . La muerte de este rey le hizo ver algo Nuevo, algo que preparia verdaderamente la grandez del reino eterno. Fue cuando vino la ruina de sus esperanza terrenales y entonces aparece en su alma la vision de Dios, esta vision nos habla de varias cosas

Do we realize that God loves us so much, that He chose us to be saved. He poured His Spirit upon us to change us to be saved. We have nothing to do with this. It is God’s grace that “cuts the heart” in order to see Jesus. NOTE: At the end of the sermon Pastor Fred makes a reference to Deuteronomy 17:11 and 17:14. Pastor meant Genesis 17:11 and 17:14. Please make note of this.

Tambien hay gran temor. Tiempos malos, de decadencia moral, cabezas llenas de conocimiento pero con corazones intranquilos. Como podemos resistir en tiempos como esos últimos días?:

Josue fue un gran lider, fue llamado y comisionado por Dios para entrar en la Tierra Prometida. Nacio siendo esclavo y llego a ser un gran lider, fue escogido para espiar la tierra de Canaan y mas tarde para introducirlos a esa tierra. Bajo su liderazgo cruzaron el Jordan y conquistaron Jerico. Pero ahora lo vemos angustiado por la derrota, postrado sobre su rostro y desesperado. Dios le dice “levantate”, pero ¿Cómo?.

The church in Colosse had many false teachers and allow them to teach false teachings. Today's church is not much different. Many churches today allow false teachings and mislead there congregations. It is ONLY God and the Holy Spirit who teaches the word of God. Not the pastor, not the sunday school teacher.

Standing Strong as Lights in This Wicked World
Do we act, dress and talk differently in church? We need to ask God to lead us also during the week, at work, in the world, so we are His shining light. Because we cannot do it on our own. Only thru Him are we able to do this.
