Seven Last Sayings  of the Savior to Live By

Forgiveness is better than revenge.
“Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
 Luke 23:34

2. Faith is rewarded with eternal life. “Assuredly I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

3. Our Savior is the perfect example of putting others needs before Himself.
 “Woman, behold your son!...Behold your mother!”

4. Anything that jeopardizes our relationship with God should produce anguish in our life.
 “My God, my God, why have you forsaken Me?”

5. Prophecy is fulfilled literally in every way by our Savior.
 “I thirst.”

6. Our Savior persevered to the end of His mission.
 “It is finished.” John 19:30

7. In our suffering we’re to entrust ourselves to God.  “Father, into your hands I commend my Spirit.”
