Does His Bride Ever Talk To Him?

Hosea 3; 2 Corinthians 11:2-4; Revelation 19:7-8

 (1) The Church: “The Bride of Christ,” … and R.C. Sproul on Christ’s Possible Complaint: “My Bride Never Talks to Me!”

 (2) Hosea’s Redemption of His Adulterous and Enslaved Wayward Wife,… and God’s Prophecy of Wayward Israel’s Repentance when the Messiah Comes as Redeemer.

Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the LORD their God, and David their king, and they shall come in fear to the LORD and to his goodness in the latter days. Hosea 3:5

“The Bride of Christ,”

For I feel a divine jealousy for you, since I betrothed you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ. – The Apostle Paul to the Church in Corinth (2 Corinthians 11:2)

(3) But DOES Christ’s Bride Ever Talk to Him?       

(4) The True Church (the Invisible Church ) - Composed of All the Faithfull Truly United with and Sanctified by Jesus - Talks to Him and Prepares Herself for Him.

"His Bride has made herself ready.” Revelation 19:7b

Husbands, love your wives – as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself up for Her, so that He might sanctify Her, … that He might present Her to Himself  in splendor, spotless….” Ephesians 5:25-27

Having loved his own who were in the world, He loved them to the end. John 13:1b
