1) I must Present my Body to Christ
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship." vs1

2) I must Separate my Behavior from the culture
"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world..." vs2

"Don't let the world around you squeeze you into its own mould, but let God re-mould your minds from within, so that you may prove in practice that the plan of God for you is good" vs2(phillips)

3) I must Transform my Mind by refocusing my concentration
"...be transformed by the renewing of your mind." vs2
