As we open our Scriptures to John 9, we find one of the most beautiful stories in all of the Scriptures. This miracle is the fourth record of Jesus healing blindness in the Scriptures. It is obvious that he healed more than four, but only four are recorded. We know that healing the blind was a fulfillment of prophecy: To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
