The Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread-Part Three

Let’s review how Jesus got here so we can understand the gravity and the meaning of the words that follow. Tired and weary from six months of nonstop ministry of miracles, baptizing, and teaching, Jesus and his disciples tried to get away into a remote place near the restful and beautiful Sea of Galilee. But the crowds wouldn’t let him. They followed him to that remote place. So Jesus, who had compassion on those who were seeking him, continued his teaching. Then, he took a little boy’s lunch and fed 5,000 men, probably 20-30,000 individuals. He was at the height of his popularity here. In fact, he was so popular, they wanted to make Jesus king.
