There are myths we subscribe to that cause us to hesitate in meeting the needs around us. Myths like: "I don't have the ability, the time or the resources that it takes." Through this passage, we see Jesus' ability to take a small resource and multiply it to meet the needs of a crowd. In the same way, Jesus' desire is to shape our faith so that when it comes to meeting the needs that we encounter, we trust Him to multiply what it is that we have to bring.
