Chirstians experience anger. Paul said, "Be angry, but do not sin."
Some Christians who experience anger are spewers; they spew harsh words and inappropriate verbal responses.
Some Christians who experience anger are steweres; they bury their anger until one day they expode and their anger goes everywhere.
To deal with anger in a Christian context, we need to (1) name what makes us angry, (2) delay our anger, (3) respond appropriately, and (4) learn from our experiences with anger.
