"Sincere Integrity"

INTEGRITY:

"an unimpaired condition; soundness; the quality or state of being complete or undivided."

"The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out."                                                       (Proverbs 10:9 NIV)

"The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity."                                                 (Proverbs 11:3 NIV)

MATTHEW 6:1-5

TEST #1 THE AUDIENCE TEST                 

"Be careful not to do your 'acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven."

                                                                        (Matthew 6:1 NIV)

TEST #2 THE SECRECY TEST

"When the Lord comes, He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts.             (1 Corinthians 4:5)

HOW CAN WE FIND IT?

"Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed and purified."                    (Hebrews 10:22)

"When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long. Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me. My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat. Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the Lord." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone."
