It's All About Him
When we devote our lives to Spiritual Health, we get to crawl, walk, and run with Jesus. You see, He is whom we pattern our very lives after. Part 2 in our "Spiritual Health: What God Is Developing" series.
It's Not About You
In today’s society, self-help books, speakers and organizations abound which focus on the human self. When we consider our spiritual health instead, we can be directed toward a supernatural God who gives us an eternal purpose which is something that our society has no ability to do. Spiritual health is all about: God’s help, spiritual growth that benefits you and others, and a reliance on the One who helps you in completing life’s mission.
No To Yo (Self-Denial)
Today, self-indulgence is an unfortunate reality in America. “Self-Denial” is an even harsher reality in the church because of the influence society has on the church today. Yet, Jesus was all about self-denial and taking the narrow road. If we are to be the fellowship as Christ envisions, we must daily deny ourself, take the narrow road and pick up our cross in following Jesus.
Vision
The more we connect ourselves to God and each other, the deeper we must go in clearly seeing our vision given to us from heaven above. Three things we need in fulfilling the vision for LifeHouse Fellowship together.
