used 217 times as “missing the mark”
Missing the whole point of
one’s life and purpose for why I am here.
Four kinds of Sin:
1. inherent depravity of nature (1 Corinthians 15:21,
22)
2. Missing the mark as THE SIN (John 8:24)
3. Acts of sinning (Matthew 15:18-20)
4. The unpardonable sin (Mark 3:28,29)
I Do!
Blessed is the person who
does not condemn himself by what he approves. Romans 14:22
If you believe it is wrong
to drink and eat certain foods, then for you it is wrong. Romans 14:14
Whatever is not of faith is
sin. Romans 14:23
My Christ following friend
does!
Decide to live in such a way
that you will not put an obstacle in another Christ follower’s path. Romans
14:23
If a Christ follower is
distressed by what you eat or drink, you are not acting in love if you do it. Romans

Don’t eat meat or drink wine
or do anything else if it might cause another Christ follower to stumble.

the doubts and fears of those who think these things are wrong. Romans 15:1
