Singleness
We finish our series on Grace-Based Marriage by digging into what it means to be single. We think about how singleness is a gift from God, how singles are part of Jesus' spiritual family, and about how singleness enables one to more freely pursue building Jesus' spiritual family.

Sex
Jesus wants to transform our marriages in every area, especially that of sexual relations. In I Corinthians 7 we learn how to view sex (it's a good and holy gift from God for marriage), how to pursue sex (seek to serve your spouse), and why sex is so important (it's a spiritual weapon to thwart Satan's plans). We also learn about the gift of singleness -- and how Jesus gives single, celibate men and women everything they need.

Conflict
In James 4 we learn about what causes every conflict. It's not pretty. But it's not too much for Jesus. He not only shows us what's at the root of our conflicts, He gives us grace to be freed from that root.

Words
In Matthew 12:33-37 Jesus tells us that there's good words and evil words, that our words will show whether we are saved or condemned, and how our words can be changed from evil to good.

Love
While Colossians 3 doesn't talk specifically about marriage, it does describe the kind of love that needs to be at the foundation of every marriage. But it's not enough to know what love should be like, we also need to understand how Jesus gives us that love: by living and breathing and believing that we are chosen of God, that we are made holy by God, and that we are loved by God.

Roles
When we sink our roots deep into Christ's grace, he enables husbands to be the loving leaders of their wives, and he enables wives to be respectful followers of their husbands.

Forgiveness
When someone has truly hurt us, forgiveness feels impossible. So how can Jesus call us to forgive others not just seven times, but seventy times seven times? Jesus explains how such forgiveness is possible in what's usually called the parable of the unforgiving servant.

Purpose
The purpose of marriage is to display Christ's grace towards the Church -- Christ's undeserved favor, His forgiveness, and His sacrificial love. But the only way we can do this is if we first sink our roots deep into His grace -- His grace towards us.

Sharing from the Morocco Team
God gave our Morocco team a powerful 2 weeks rebuilding earthquake-damaged homes and showing the gospel to the people of the Rif. Pastor Steve explains our commitment to unreached people groups, and the team members share what Jesus did in and through them on their trip.
