 External troubles:
Stripes/physical suffering    Prisons     Tumults/violence of the mob

 Effort of the Christian Life:
Toils (to the point of sheer exhaustion)    Sleepless nights    Fastings

 God equips us
Mentally:
Purity of thought     Knowledge     Patience

 In our heart:
Kindness     Spirit of holiness    Sincere love

 For His work:
Declaration of the truth     Power of the Spirit     Weapons of righteousness

In all things God will be honoured through the life of the person who is committed to an honourable and sacrificial ministry

Our task is to build bridges of faith  not roadblocks to faith - which are we?
