God's mandate of responsibility and accountability to shepherd His people involves a principle that bears on and has implications for every relationship in life. The under-shepherd and the sheep of God's church should equally and deeply consider their roles and leader and lead, all of which come under the Headship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
