I was made to succeed, not to fail, if I will follow and obey God's word, He can turn my failure into success.

The greatest prophet, Moses, was dead. Joshua now succeeds him. Joshua has a different role from Moses, his own unique role.

God deals directly with Joshua: tells him Moses is dead, gives him commands, gave him promises of prosperity and success.

Factors of  Faith: God breaks faith down into its component parts:

Be active, "arise and go."

Believe (to be and to love in Old English)

Be strong

Be courageous

Be obedient (build a hedge about)

Be insistent, "don't turn to left or right."

Be thoughtful (meditate on His word)

The Divine intent is for prosperity, not necessarily financial wealth, but a "going forward" in all areas of our life.
