Colossians 1:24-25
Before launching into the main section of his letter, Paul introduces himself in some detail.  He explains his ministry in light of the gospel, seeing himself as continuing the ministry of Jesus.  Paul's ministry could rightfully be summarized as suffering for the body of Christ in order to make Jesus known among the nations.  In these few dense verses, Paul explains this summarization.
