•1.     Daniel lived with his windows open

•a)       ...with his windows open, knelt down and prayed  (v 10)

• b) Live with your window open (Matt 5:16)

•2.      A servant is not above his master

• a) If they persecuted me they will also persecute you... (John 15:20)

•b)       ...tried to find charges against Daniel (v 4)

•3.     Do not fear accusation or threat

• a) ...who accused them before God day and night (Revelation 12:10, Eph 6:12)

•4.     Stand confidently before the king

•a)       There are laws of the King which cannot be repealed .(v 8 )

•b)       ....If you do not forgive; ......the measure you use;....... if you practice such things 

(Matt 6:15, Luke 6:38, Galatians 5:19-20)          (1 John 3:8-10)

•c)        Come boldly (Hebrews 4:15-16)

•5.     A stone covered the entrance

• a) ...the king sealed it with his ring (v 17)...sealing the stone... (Matt 27:66)
• b) At the first light of dawn the king hurried to the den (v19, John 20:1)

•6.     The power of resurrection life prevails

•a)     ...my God has sent His Angel (v20-12, Matt 28:2)

•7.      Almighty god and the power of his resurrection brings release

...who are kept by the power of God... (1 Peter 1:3-9)
