Daniel: An Orphan's Obedience
The central thought of this series is that God does not call us because of what we have to offer Him, rather; He calls us because of what He has to offer us. This week, we look at the person of Daniel in Daniel 1:1-17. In this story, we see a powerful illustration of the reality that God loves to take the weak things, the small things, the broken things, and use them as His intstruments for His glory. 1. His World was Rocked. 2. His Will was Resolved. 3. His Walk was Rewarded.
