Sermons About Belong
What Belongs to God (I Samuel 1 21-28) 11-15-09
Hannah's faithfulness to her vow to give her only son to God is a powerful reminder that because God gave His only Son, everything we have and are belongs to God. Therefore we are also called to give back everything to God for His glory.

You Were Not Meant to Be Alone
GOD NEVER MEANT FOR YOU TO BE ALONE. When God made the statement that it was not good for man to be alone He said this before the fall of man so loneliness has nothing to do with sin. Instead of being lonely or isolated God wants you to be a part of a family – His family – not just a physical family. A physical family is temporary – but your spiritual family is eternal. God wants all of us to be part of His family

Adoption: God's Greatest Gift
Adoption: God’s Greatest Gift Reconnect – October 11, 2009 Text: Ephesians 1:3-6, Galatians 4:3-7, Romans 18:14-17, John 1:10-13 Key Thought: Adoption is God’s greatest gift – but to choose it we must see the whole picture: that it is beautiful and hard at the same time. How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ. Long ago, even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. His unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. And this gave him great pleasure. So we praise God for the wonderful kindness he has poured out on us because we belong to his dearly loved Son. Ephesians 1:3-6, NLT

What Is Unity In The Church
Big Idea: I belong in God’s family and I have a responsibility to it "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me because of their testimony. My prayer for all of them is that they will be one, just as you and I are one, Father—that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me.” john17/20>21nlt “How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!” psalm133/1 If God’s desire is Unity; the devil’s desire is Disunity
