Sermons About Chastening
That My Glory Would Sing His Praises!
In the 30th Psalm, The title tells us that it is presented at the "Dedication of the House of David." How are we to understand this? Receiving Correction
Receiving correction from the Lord should not be something we hid from, but should diligently seek and receive for our benefit. If we receive his chastening or correction, we are wise and will be on our way to fulfilling HIs purpose and destiny for our lives. Ignore God's correction and we will miss the mark. God is our Father, therefore He corrects us for our profit and benefit. He does not want us to miss the mark of His blessing and fulfillment.

We must understand that discipline is a fact of the Christian life. 2. We must understand that sanctified affliction brings forth the fruit of discipline.
