Sermons About Compassion
Greater Than We Can Imagine
Psalm 145 is a psalm of praise (a Hymn Psalm) written by King David to God. David gives five different reasons why God is greater than we can imagine in this psalm: His deeds, compassion, Kingdom, faithful love, and nearness to His people. Our response to God for these things should be like David's response - we should praise God every day!

Being Jesus to the world.
Part of Christ's "Great Commission" is to go, right? But when we encounter people, often times, we are not the nicest people they come in contact with. We are sent, by God, to be "Jesus" to everyone we have a chance to meet! We are not here to "live a good life" but rather we are sent to be His hands, feet, touch and love. If we don't love people as Jesus, then we really aren't who we are supposed to be.

Since there wasn’t bowling or football in the ancient church, koinonia must mean something else. We will discover the revolutionary way of following Jesus – the shared life.
