You Done Good
What did Paul do with his "care package"? First, he explains how he has learned the secret of being self-sufficient in Christ and that they really did not need to send the gift. Second, he tells the Philippians that the did good . . . nor "good enough" . . . REALLY good!
A Checklist Of Christian Living

Content In Christ
For the past 15 weeks we have been studying through the book of Philippians in a series entitled "The Christian's Secret to Contentment and Joy". We are now arriving at the conclusion ... and you'll notice today the phrase in vs 11 "I have learned ... in whatever situation I am to be content" is repeated in vs. 12 "I have learned ... the secret" whether I have plenty or I have nothing. So one of the first things we notice is that the contentment we ought to experience ... is something we can learn ... and secondly it is something we need to learn ... b/c we live in a world that not only promotes but depends upon our discontentment.
