Communion with Jesus Christ
With prayer we have the power to leverage the universe. We learn to Commune with Jesus Christ the Son. That perfect love so revealed to us in the Words in Red. God does not deal with us as in the Old Testament. We will have that A-Ha moment in heaven when we realize that divine love that we can only understand when we continually keep in mind God's love as demonstrated by the cross.

It is Finished But It Isn't Over
As we get to John 19:17 and Jesus is finally crucified we get to the heart of God's working with man. Here as Jesus says in verse 30 is the purpose for His coming into the world. One word in the Greek, tetelestai, signals that His mission has been accomplished. We read it in these words in our English Bibles, "It is finished!" Outside the Camp
Sorry - the recorder was forgotten this week. Only the text version is posted. This morning is resurrection Sunday. Like every other week we gather here to celebrate that the Lord is risen indeed. But this morning we have the opportunity to remember the Lord’s death and what His death accomplished. And that is my purpose. I want us all to be like Paul and have our boast only in the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ. I want us all to be very specific about what the Gospel is, what it means, and all the implications that flow from the Lord’s death.
