Our desire is that every member advances in their journey as a Biblical servant leader by realizing and fulfilling God’s calling in their life in the church and community. This will only happen as grasp what the Bible has to say about the nature and scope of the of servant leaders within the church. Over the next four weeks, we will examine the leadership structure that is outlined in the New Testament for the church and how that works itself out here at Harvest Pointe. Ultimately, our hope is for everyone to realize that they are called by God, from the moment of salvation, to play their part in our combined efforts to fulfill the Great Commission and Great Commandment as a church.

Leadership Matters
Leadership Matters. The church desperately needed Godly leadership in the first century and it desperately needs it now. The scripture is clear that we all are responsible to Jesus Christ but it is also clear that there are some who are to be responsible for others as well. This sermon is the Apostle Paul's charge to the young Pastor Timothy to find men who are qualified to lead the church. Elders in oversight and Deacons in service.
