A Fit Body (Pt. 2)

Scripture: 1 Samuel 2:26, 3:1-21; Matthew 28:16-20 The basics of determining the will of God. The session is trying to discern what God wants this church to look like in seven years. There are a couple of boundaries for discerning the will of God: The Kingdom of God is at hand. That we are committed to the coming Kingdom of God. That we are committed to bringing the light of the Gospel to the world. Once we discern that direction, then invest our resources to that direction and goal. Are we committed to God's way and not our way? How do you discover God's will?
Spiritual Expectancy in the New Year
Pray for a dynamic spiritual life. Pray that God would dominate your heart, attitude, and conduct. Pray that the Holy Spirit would provide discernment.

These catalysts quicken the process and spur the exercise of spiritual service. God has called His people to serve others and He supplies the ability and the velocity to do that in amazing ways through these.
