A Leap of Faith to Love those that seem unlovable
We are continuing our series on taking a leap of faith in our lives. I believe that God is calling us to take a leap of faith to love those that seem unlovable. In order to take this leap we must know the love of our savior. It is only with his grace, love, and compassion that we will be able to love those that seem unlovable. We are all lost without Christ. God is Holy, Righteous ,and perfect. We are sinners that make mistakes all the time. Jesus died for us on the cross because we were not perfect. God loves those that seem unlovable shouldn't we?

Nehemiah 5: The Road to Revival: What Does Your Life Look Like?
The Building of the wall was just part of the goal of Nehemiah. The real goal... evangelism... to tell the nations the greatness of God. The "nobles" forgot this purpose. So often in our lives we are scared to share the Good News with others. We may be afraid we won't know what to say or that we will say something wrong. But, the reality is... you could do a lot more damage to the Gospel with the way you live than with what you say or don't say. Ought we not to fear the Lord? Are you looking to serve or be served?

Christian's Witness to the World, Pt. 2 (Matthew 5:14-16)
Christians are left in this world for one primary purpose: to be witnesses to the gospel of Jesus Christ. (possibly note challenge of bad witnesses) Last week we noted the Christian’s witnesses as salt - witness through the character and purity of life. This is week the Lord compares the church to light, which reveals by dispelling darkness. Christian are commended to the obedience and proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
