Sermons About Evidence
Following Jesus
What is the primary evidence of the gospel's power in a person's life? Is it good deeds? A tamed tongue? A generous spirit? Is it morality or civility? Or is there something much more fundamental? When Christ called Simon and Andrew from their nets, and Matthew from his tax booth, it says that they immediately followed. The response to Christ's authoritative call is the first and foremost evidence that the gospel has impacted someone's life. This message considers the benefits of having gospel evidence, and then explores this first evidence, the response to Christ's call.

The Evidence of Election
In this message, we will look at how the Apostle Paul could say of the Thessalonian church We know that you are chosen by God. Paul's certainty of their election comes from the manner in which the Gospel was received, and the corresponding results of that Gospel in the lives of the people. As we examine the Evidence of Election ask yourself this questioned Am I chosen by God?
