Ezra, chapter 2, is a BIG LOOOOOooong list. Isn't this a part of the Bible we ought to skip over in order to get to the stuff that applies? But what about the lists that WE produce everyday? Aren't all of OUR lives ordered by lists? Don't these lists reveal our relationships in and to the world?
