Psalm 67: God's Wonderful Plan for the World
“God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life.” Many of us have heard these words uttered in church services and on TV by televangelists. It is sometimes referred to as the “wonderful plan” hook that many evangelists and preachers use to convince people they need to accept Christ as their personal lord and savior.It is true God has a plan for our lives, but it is a much bigger plan than just saving us as individuals. He has a global plan which can be called wonderful in the truest sense. But so often our circumstances and personal sense of happiness cause us to completely miss the forest for the trees. We can't see past the broken down car or being overlooked for promotion so we lose sight of God's plan for the world – that all the ends of the earth fear him.
