God is Glorious...so we don't have to fear others.
The gospel begins with the glory of God.
Do you love God for who He is or for what He does for you? How much is Jesus worth? What do you value more?
Difficulties, persecution, and alienation will exist. This passage calls on the Church to continue preaching the Gospel in the midst of these times.
Paul now moves from the sweeping revelation of God's reconciling work to narrow in on his own ministry. He knows that God has given him a mission, by his grace, to reveal the now-revealed mystery of Christ to the Gentiles.
God cares as much about the “how” as He does the “what.” Women should “cover up” because their goal is to bring glory to God when the church gathers for worship.
