God has done wonderful things to and through our congregation in 2006, and we celebrate His grace and goodness. At the same time, we delight in the challenges and opportunities ahead in 2007, knowing that as we "fill up" with godliness, He may be pleased to use us to "spill over" with His love in our world.

Imagine a culture that is in love with itself; a culture that pursues wealth and pleasure at all costs. Now place in that culture two predominant types of Christians: one that is trying to impose all kinds of rules on its people and one that is indistinguishable from the world around them. Does this culture sound familiar? You guessed it: it's the ancient Island of Crete. But it could be us, couldn't it? And just like the Island of Crete, we are called to live a lifestyle that is neither legalistic nor ungodly.
