Zip it - Gossip

Am I Right About This?
God’s word says that His ways are not our ways. This is a truth that we all acknowledge, yet somehow fail to put into practice. The result is a way of living and doing that feels right, but is often far outside of God’s will. Unfortunately, we are absolutely blind to this until we get ourselves alone with God. Only in His presence do we learn how close or how far from the truth we are living. We must go there. Key Verses:Matt 5:21-24, 18:15-17, 18:21-35, 6:14-15, 1Cor 6:1-7

Silencing The Critics
When we criticize or judge others we hurt one another, we are judging the Law, we are playing 'god' and exalting ourselves. James makes it very clear that as believers, we are not to speak evil against one another and that there is only one Judge and Lawgiver.
