The Death of Jesus, Part 2 (Mark 15:33-41)
The atonement made by Jesus in his death has innumerable facets. Considering four of these facets in particular, we see Jesus as the triumphant king (<em>Christus victor</em>); the mediator who bridges the gap of sin that separates us from God; the ultimate moral example for us; and chief of all, our own sacrifice and substitute suffering under and completely satisfying the wrath of God in our place and whose righteousness now clothes us.

Sinners: Saved and Sent
We never understand our true condition until the God of holiness reveals our sin. He does not do this to condemn, but to save. He then sends us out to tell others of the salvation available in Christ.

Feeling Guilty
Many people struggle with guilt and shame, carrying around the weight of failure and insecurity. Only when Jesus is ultimate in our lives can we experience confidence before God which results in holy living.
