Sermons About Heart
The Good Life -- marked by a pure heart
This mark of a pure heart reaches the core of what it means to be a Christian as all the beatitudes have. As a believer we are given the ability and incentive to pursue holiness. We must ask ourselves do we have a new heart? Do I love the things I once loathed and do I loathe the things I once loved? Explore with us the need to strive hard after holiness with the greatest benefit of "seeing the Lord" in this message.

Lose Your Grip
Jesus' message was never a casual call to convenient living. Jesus' call was to a whole-hearted commitment to His Lordship. In this message we look at the difference between being religeous and being righteous. Religion has mostly to do with a commitment to a set of beliefs that displays itself in outward actions. Righteousness is different. Righteousness is about a relationship. Religion is about being properly aligned with a set of moral rules or boundaries, while righteousness is about our hearts being aligned with God.
